CERN-backed Scientific Approach
Our research has been published by CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research, one of the world's largest and most respected centres for scientific research. Our first article explores the gap between the current (work) environment that companies provide and the environment that employees are looking for.
The key insights from the article are:
- there is a measurable, statistically significant gap between the environment provided by the examined organisation and the environment desired by their innovators
- we can deduct what (work) environment innovators are looking for
- we are able to identify highly intrinsically motivated employees, and
- women are more likely to seek a values based work environment, whereas men are more likely to see a vision based environment.
