Co-founder
Julia
Business psychologist. For twelve years, she was COO of a coworking space. Her focus: building communities in which people work well together.

Steffen Raetzer
Engineer, entrepreneur and optimist. Twelve years in multinational corporations, including Procter & Gamble. In 2010, he co-founded a social enterprise for electricity from renewable energy. Since then, he has worked with businesses, start-ups, NGOs and humanitarian organisations.
INSEAD MBA, LEAN-certified. He speaks German, English and French.
What connects us.
We have both seen how much potential organisations lose because people work in an environment that does not suit them. With innovating.work, we reverse the order: first the person, then the team, then the idea.
